Linguine with Swordfish Eggs Sauce and Shrimps

In this way you will be able to bring a unique and original dish to your home and amaze your guests at dinner. Let’s see how to prepare an excellent first course with linguine sauce with swordfish roe and shrimp.

Ingredients

  • Linguine 320 g
  • “Ta Sciali” swordfish roe sauce 150 g
  • Tomato puree 200 g
  • Fresh cream 100 ml
  • Shrimp 300 g
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation of the recipe

To prepare the linguine with swordfish and shrimp egg sauce, first boil the water for cooking the pasta and add salt once it reaches a boil.

You can therefore dedicate yourself to the dressing: in a non-stick pan, brown a clove of garlic with two tablespoons of olive oil. At this point, add the tomato puree, the swordfish egg sauce, the fresh cream and finally the prawns to the pan. Cook everything over low heat, remembering to stir from time to time. Continue cooking for about 7 minutes, adding the cooking water so as not to thicken our sauce too much.

Drain the pasta al dente and pour it into the pan with the sauce. Sauté very quickly to ensure that the linguine mix well with the sauce and finish cooking.

Our linguine are then ready to be served.
