Shipping costs are expressly indicated when ordering, and may have a basic rate of € 5.00 plus € 1.00 – 1.50 per piece purchased.
The minimum amount to reach to get free shipping is € 100.00. Shipping costs are automatically updated in the cart.
Order preparation times are 1-3 working days while delivery times can vary from 3 to 5 days.


Delivery methods:

*Delivery by express courier on board the truck.

*Delivery is made by express courier

*There is no delivery to the floor or by appointment

*Delivery takes place at the following times: from 9.00 to 18.00, on weekdays and without notice.

*The courier makes up to two delivery attempts, every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Upon receipt of the package: Please check the condition of the package. Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words “collection with reserve for damaged package”, or “collection with reserve for open package” or “collection with reserve for packages missing “on the accompanying document.

The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer.

The Courier in charge of delivery will make two attempts to deliver the product, to the address indicated by the Customer in the order on our Conserve Taudi website; after the second delivery attempt, the Courier may call the Customer at the telephone number indicated in the order, to agree on the delivery date; if the Customer is not present at the third delivery attempt agreed with the Courier, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be refunded the cost of the product, net of storage and return costs.


Delivery methods:

We deliver the products with the methods and times indicated in the shipping option chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are indicative and are in no way binding as they may vary in consideration of the order placed (for example product availability) or for other reasons dependent on the couriers in charge of shipping.

At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, undamaged and corresponds to what is described in the accompanying document. In the event that there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for by the conditions of sale.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reasons.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any costs for this refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, make sure that:

The goods have been purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in their original packaging with an intact seal
The goods are not opened and / or tampered with

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specification or clearly customized.
The supply of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has passed.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other objects.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the return received.


If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to himself to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
