Shipments
Shipping costs are expressly indicated at the time of ordering, and may have a base rate of €5.00 plus €1.00 - 1.50 per item purchased.
The minimum amount to qualify for free shipping is €100.00. Shipping costs are automatically updated in the shopping cart.
Order processing times are 1-3 working days, while delivery times can vary from 3 to 5 days.
STANDARD SHIPPING ITALY
Delivery mode:
* Express courier truck delivery.
* Delivery is made by express courier.
* No delivery to floor or by appointment is provided.
*Delivery times: from 9:00 to 18:00, on weekdays without notice.
* The courier makes up to two delivery attempts, every day except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Upon receipt of the package: Please check its condition. Any external damage or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery by stating “withdrawal with reservation for damaged package,” or “withdrawal with reservation for open package,” or “withdrawal with reservation for missing packages” on the accompanying document.
The goods are shipped with packaging made directly by the manufacturer.
The Courier responsible for delivery will make two delivery attempts of the product to the address indicated by the Customer in the order on our website Conserve Taudi; after the second delivery attempt, the Courier may call the Customer at the telephone number provided in the order, to arrange the delivery date; if the Customer is not present at the third delivery attempt agreed with the Courier, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be refunded the cost of the product, net of custody and return expenses.

Delivery mode:
We deliver the products according to the methods and times indicated in the shipping option chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding in any way as they may vary depending on the order placed (for example, product availability) or for other reasons related to the couriers entrusted with the shipment.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, undamaged, and matches what is described in the accompanying document. If there is a discrepancy between the order and the delivery, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal as provided by the sales conditions.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The deadline to cancel an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any costs for such refund.
Conditions for Returns:
For the goods to be eligible for return, ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging with the seal intact
- The goods are not opened and/or tampered with
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Reserved Rights:
We reserve the right to request the removal of all links or a specific link to our website. You must immediately approve the removal request for the links. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions, as well as linking policy at any time. By continuing to use our site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Return Merchandise:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to our headquarters. You should ship the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actually receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the donor.
