The Wine
An identity wine, full of personality, where elegance always prevails over power. Complex, balanced, and harmonious, with extraordinary longevity. Intense red color with garnet hues. On the nose, typical notes of plum,
cherry, and sour cherry stand out, followed by tea leaf, licorice, and spices. On the palate, red berry fruit flavors are sweetened by soft spicy notes, in perfect balance with acidity and tannin.
In traditional drying rooms without any forced control of temperature and humidity. Resting on racks for 120 days. Pressing in the first days of January.
Production AreaValpolicella Classica, Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar.
Aging in bottle for at least 1 year. Maturation in Slavonian oak barrels of 50 - 100 hectoliters for 7 years.
Tasting NotesLight yellow color with green reflections that anticipate its freshness.
